In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Um belo achado em Quebec, havíamos tentado outras 2 lanchonetes que nao nos aceitaram pois estavam fechando. Os lanches estavam incríveis e os drinks sao fantásticos!

I would give a 10 star if that was an option. Let me begin by saying all the staff was attentive & very friendly. The food was delicious. & the drinks, all the drinks was mixed to perfection!!! Definitely will return if we come back to Quebec! They have a Tartare special on Monday's. The French soup was all that!

Charles & Emrick offrent un service au delà des attentes ! La MUSIQUE est incroyable (contrairement à ceux que j'ai entendu dire que la personne qui a créé la playlist manquait de jugements 🤣) Le barman, dont j'oublie le nom, avait créé un shooter "du moment" avec des bonbons Nerds....c'était tellement bon! C'est rempli de talents dans ce resto/bar!
