In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Came here on holiday, got the Classic Poutine, Lobster Pogos, & the Wagyu Dumplings & Raspberry Sangria to drink. Food was excellent & staff were incredibly friendly & helpful (& spoke perfect English). Highly recommend to any fellow travellers or anyone in general!

We had a wonderful experience here. We stopped in for drinks. I asked for a drink that was not on their menu & that they weren't familiar with. The bartender found out how to make it for me & made a wonderful drink.

Le service de Rico Suave était extraordinaire! Dynamique, rigolo mais aussi compétent! Bravo! Les entrées (camard & thon) étaient parfaites, les drinks colorés & délicieux, & la bavette, juste wow! Un arrêt obligatoire lors de mes prochaines visites à Québec!

This was my second time coming to Shaker on Rue Saint-Jean this week while I was in Québec City. Their mixology drinks as well as their appetizers & food is some of the most delicious & flavourful I have ever had. Emrick was my server the second time & he was amazing! Quick, excellent service both times I was here, especially from Emrick. This is a new favourite place for me to eat when I come here. I would highly recommend eating &/or having drinks here if you're in the area.
