In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Magnifique soirée au Shaker du Vieux-Qc, service impeccable, courtois, rapide. Excellents repas, c'était la 1re fois pour mon conjoint & il a beaucoup aimé. On fêtait nos 2 ans ensemble & on nous a apporté des bulles - une superbe attention de leur part! Je vous recommande fortement ce resto! Belle variété de repas. Les tartares sont très bons 👍🏻

Demander un filet mignon cuisson médium saignant & j ai reçu médium presque bien cuit j ai pas retourné mon assiette car je voulais manger en même temps que mon conjoint faites attention à votre cuisson merci ☺️
