In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Nous avons eu froid puisque nous étions prêt de la porte & que celle-ci était continuellement ouverte. Très désagréable ..assez pour nous dépêcher à manger & à quitter.

They kept rising the music volume when there was nobody on the dance floor & their only customers were still sitting & talking, ears started buzzing. Waiter never came by, all our water glasses were empty mid way through our meal. Once they cleared our table they never came back for drinks, dessert & ended up waiting over 20 minutes with us having to stop her to get the check. We got out & our ears were buzzing.
