In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Bel accueil, bon cocktail, bonne nourriture, belle introduction du serveur mais en cours de repas oups... on l'a perdu, pas de suivi.. Une chance que je ne voulais pas un dessert & un café !

Plutôt décevant comme première expérience. Le choix de bière est famélique, la seule sorte passable n'était pas disponibles. Les cocktails semblaient mieux, mais à ce prix, j'ai bu de l'eau. Les frites étaient molles & tièdes, le tartare trop salé. Sans compter les prix & le manque de sans gluten... Mon amie se sentait gènée en me disant qu'à la pyramide c'était pas mal mieux . Je ne sais pas, mais je risque de ne pas essayer la pyramide non plus. Entk, rien pour me donner envie d'y retourner.
