In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Le 22 juin, nous étions 6 pour un anniversaire. Notre serveur Manu est vraiment exceptionnel, il connaît très bien les vins pour nous conseiller ainsi que le menu. Très poli & surtout drôle, il trouve toujours le mot pour nous faire rire. Il donne un service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture encore ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Portion généreuse & la nourriture chaude.
Après avoir mangé, j'informe Manu que nous sommes là pour un anniversaire. Il me dit je m'occupe de tout le gâteau & le chanteur. Quelques minutes après, il arrive avec une assiette avec le dessert & feu d'artifice sur le gâteau. L'assiette est de toute beauté. Lui & le chansonnier commence la bonne fête. À ma grande surprise, ceux-ci ont des voix exceptionnelles. Un plaisir de les écouter. Les gens dans le resto arrêtent de parler pour les écouter & à la fin tout le monde applaudi très fort. Merci Manu pour cette merveilleuse soirée.

Je regrette le fait qu'on ne nous a pas avisé du manque de fish &chip & pavé de saumon, on a perdu notre temps pour choisir ce que vous n'aviez pas.

En dépit du grand achalandage le service à été très rapide & sympathique.
La nourriture était un peu trop froide à mon goût (burger & frites) mais avait malgré ça bon goût.
