In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Tout était bien à part le fait que j'aurais aimé entendre de la musique francophone du Québec. J'aime bien connaître la culture des endroits que je visite.
De la musique américaine très forte en soupant, c'est pas terrible comme ambiance.

Tellement long on demande des cuillère la serveuse les garoche sur la table en passant commande un drink il arrive 30min plus tard ces rares que ces comme sa honnetement

Musique très forte très tôt. Je pense que le son pourrait être plus fort à partir de 20h30 ou 21h. À 18h30, on veut jaser un peu... nourriture très bonne.
