In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! La bouffe excellente, service excellent! Le seul hic qui serait peut être à corriger sont les réservations. On a attendu près d'une demi-heure pour avoir une place alors que d'autres qui n'avaient pas réservés passaient avant nous, car ils étaient arrivés avant. Il me semble que le but d'une réservation c'est de passer techniquement à l'heure... non?

Déco de qualité, musiques sympas, burgers bons, cocktails très bons

Points négatifs : besoin d'attendre 15 min alors que l'on avait une réservation car les process du personnel ne sont pas au point, steaks du burger secs, attendu 30 min pour avoir la note

Un gros bravo au chef
les plats du restaurant Shaker du vieux Québec sont délicieux, colorés & cuisines avec amour.
L'accueil de l'hôtesse & le service étaient parfaits, chaleureux, simplicité & professionnelle.
Un menu de boissons diversifier tout aussi appétissant que le repa.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

Beau restaurant, bonne nourriture mais cher un peu pour la qualité (les croutons avec le tartare étaient si durs que je me suis blessé la gencive) . De plus, toutes les télés diffusaient des vidéoclips & la grande majorité étaient très explicite....
