Le starbucks sur Pierre-Betrand c'est le meilleur en ville. Les baristas sont super sympathiques. Je me suis trompé de breuvage en commendant & même si j'avais prit quelques gorgées avant de le remarquer, ils m'en ont refait un autre sans hésiter. A+++

Bought a hot chocolate & have it to me HALF empty. Asked for a new one that was FULL & they gave me the SAME THING. 0/10. Then they gave my friend the WRONG order which she couldn't eat since shes allergic to the ingredients. Très mal.

Si le restaurant n'est pas capable de répondre à la demande lorsque il y a trop de monde . 20 voitures à la commande à l'auto & probablement un autre 20 à l'intérieur . Fermer l'accès à soit l'un ou l'autre . Vous allez réduire l'insatisfaction!

Excellent service & je n'ai remarqué qu'une fois à la maison (& après avoir terminé mon Moka Glacé Chocolat Blanc) la belle pensée/le beau message qu'on y avaient écrit en cette journée de tempête m'a fais chaud au coeur 🤗 ! Merci aux employés de cette succursale!
