J'ai commandé 2 Macchiato caramel. Un n'avait pas de caramel. Le second etait parfait. Mais mes 2 verre étaient remplis au 3/4. Mon refresher fraise açai lui avait des glaçon & j'avais demandé sans glaçon. Car c'est pour ma nuit de travail pas pour consommer immédiatement.

Le caissier ne sait pas comment recharger l'application Starbuck & me dit je sais pas comment faire & y'a personne pour me le montrer! Vous devez le faire en ligne ce que je peux faire dans chaque Starbuck recharger l'application a la caisse.
Egalement l'impression du reçu est non fonctionnel
Le reçu est une loi au quebec de le donner lorsque le client le demande.
Egalement son headset ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus a fallu que je lui crie ma commande pour pour qu'il la comprenne parce qu'il ne m'entendait pas bien. Au moins une chance que ma boisson fut excellente.

J'espère que vous aller mieux former vos employés car y'a pas grand monde dans votre staff qui sait comment la caisse fonctionne pour faire une

Pire service à la clientèle, c'est ma première fois dans ce café je suis venu autant que touristes j'ai fais ma commande à la caisse j'étais servis après 20 minutes ont été 2 clients seulement, la caissière était trop arrangeante & pas gentille du tout, je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit

Service interminable, caissière nonchalante qui ne semble pas réaliser à quel point ce fût long pour du service à l'auto & en prime, matcha protéiné complètement coagulé (figé en pain) , soit à cause de la température inadéquate ou du lait passé date... Je l'ai jeté après avoir bu (ou plutôt, mangé 🙈) deux gorgées. Expérience très décevante - je n'y retournerai pas.
