Bonjour! Je n'ai pas l'habitude de rédiger des avis comme celle-ci, mais ça fait plus de 15 minutes que je suis en attente de mon café un jeudi matin. J'ai eu le temps de voir le drive thru se vider cinq fois minimum. Les commandes mobiles sont faites avant les gens qui commandent en vrai & reste sur le comptoir pendant 10 minutes !! Aberrant quand tu paies pour un café à 12$ !!! Pour mes rares visites, je n'y retournerai encore moins.

Bon service. L'équipe est rapide. Le lieu étant très achalandé, il faut quand même savoir que ça peut prendre quelque temps avant de recevoir la commande.

Quand je vais au Starbucks sur Bouvier, je suis toujours bien servi, les gens sont sympathiques & il est agréable d'y aller. J'utilise le service au volant à 95% du temps, mais le service est agréable autant à l'intérieur.

Une file d'attente interminable au service à l'auto... Des petites mouches qui volent dans l'espace intérieur... Une réunion d'équipe de travail au milieu de l'espace-client... Rien de bien positif à dire sur la qualité de l'ambiance & de l'experience-client...

Le service est assez rapide & les produits fabriqués avec soin. Par contre, une odeur de vidanges m'a accueillis lors de tous mes passages puisque les poubelles sont toujours pleines... Sans compter les mouches qui tourbillonnent dans le restaurant.
