Une file d'attente interminable au service à l'auto... Des petites mouches qui volent dans l'espace intérieur... Une réunion d'équipe de travail au milieu de l'espace-client... Rien de bien positif à dire sur la qualité de l'ambiance & de l'experience-client...

Le service est assez rapide & les produits fabriqués avec soin. Par contre, une odeur de vidanges m'a accueillis lors de tous mes passages puisque les poubelles sont toujours pleines... Sans compter les mouches qui tourbillonnent dans le restaurant.

Mon copain est aller me chercher un starbuck matcha latte glacé boisson à l'avoine & fraise ce matin! Pu de sirop alors mon copain demande purée de fraise sur le dessus, il le paie & finalement pas de purée dans mon starbuck & pas , à peine de lait & pas de fraise ! Très déçu

J'y vais assez régulièrement & ce n'est pas la première fois mon Starbucks es mal fermer plusieurs fois mon Starbucks tomber ou bien coule car y les mal fermer très déçu
