On trips, passing by this location, we stop for our drinks. I spend between 100$-150$ a week, at different locations across Canada/USA. Always order the same. The girl making our coffees didn't get the order quite right. I asked if she could do the modifications, politely & patiently. With an attitude she promptly responded that what I asked was not possible for her! That was not how she made her drinks, she had no idea what or how to make the difference between a flat white & a latte. & I was asking her to get me someone who did, & was told to go elsewhere if I wanted a specialty coffee! REALLY Awful disgusting people skills & customer service! & not first time I get attitude here... but this just made me call headquarters!

Leur système de commande mobile est déficient contrairement aux autres chaînes proposants le service au volant. Pis tu te fais répondre avec un ton condescendant par une insolante quand tu arrives un peu d'avance pour prendre ta commande. Aussi, la demande de pourboire est abusive.
