Je suis allée chercher une boisson de Noël avec une amie & je tenais à souligner l'excellent service à la clientèle de la caissière, Joëlle. Malgré l'achalandage, elle a fait preuve d'une patience remarquable. Elle a pris le temps de s'occuper personnellement de chaque client & j'ai été impressionnée par sa gentillesse & son professionnalisme. Je me devais de souligner son travail. Merci, Joëlle!

On me dit qu'il n'y a plus d'avoine alors qu'elles en proposent à la cliente suivante parce qu'elle a insisté.
Je trouve ça très décevant & irrespectueux. Elle m'a dit « j'en ai plus beaucoup c'est pour ça ». Ok donc je suis moins importante qu'une cliente qui elle insiste ? On ne m'a pas proposé de refaire ma boisson avec de l'avoine. J'ai choisi ma bataille car je n'avais pas le temps de batailler avec elles.
Très déçue.

J'aime toujours ce Starbucks, mais je viens généralement en semaine. Je suis venu un samedi & j'ai passé une commande mobile. ils m'ont demandé de stationner devant & ils apporteraient mes boissons. après avoir attendu 15 minutes, nous sommes entrés & les boissons étaient juste assis sur le comptoir & c'était évident que personne a l'intention de terminer le job & les apportez à nous
