Le matin c'est 5 étoiles à cause de la pétillante Janick! Elle est incroyable cette femme!

Mais en fin de journée, j'ai demandé un matcha latté glacé mais avec très peu de glace. La personne a rempli mon verre au complet de glace. Lorsque j'ai passé la remarque, je me suis fait dire « nous avons un quota de glace à respecter, j'ai pris la plus petite pelle ». Mais qui tiens la pelle ? L'employée ma fois! Elle aurait pu simplement me mettre quelques glaçons, me semble que c'est pas compliqué. Voyons ton quota de glace! Si j'avais demandé sans glace, je me demande bien ce qui serait arrivé.

Je voudrais souligner le service absolument incroyable de Janick ! Elle est toujours souriante, attentionnée & enthousiaste. Chaque fois que je la vois, elle rayonne de bonne humeur, & c'est réellement contagieux. Elle prend le temps de bien nous servir, avec professionnalisme & gentillesse. Sa présence rend chaque visite encore plus agréable. Merci Janick pour ton dévouement & ton énergie positive !

Meilleur service de tous les Starbucks que j'ai visités!!! La commande est presque toujours parfaite & sinon, ils se font un plaisir de te la refaire. Les employés sont super courtois (mention spéciale à Janick & Joëlle, qui mettent du soleil dans ma journée à chaque fois que je passe au service au volant) & le service est rapide!
