Annick est l'une des meilleures employés. Toujours avec un service A1, elle accueille les gens professionnellement avec cette touche chaleureuse qu'on voit exceptionnellement dans ces milieux. Bravo à Starbuck d offrir un environnement supérieur à leurs employés .

Je vais mettre que 3 étoile…..
La semaine le service est A1 avec Jannick les café son excellent & toujours bien Savoureux. Je suis une cliente régulière donc chaque matin ou 1 matin sur 2 je viens faire une commande de 2-3 café à chaque fois pour moi & mon conjoint.
Par contre pourquoi 3 étoiles la fin de semaine cela est affreux
Les café goûte absolument pas se que cela doit goûter exemple espresso cassonade avoine goûte Absolument rien & est super claire je doit rajouter mon propre espresso rendu chez moi car je n'est pas envie de faire 15 minute pour retourner le café.
Cela m'es arrivé 3 fois jus'qua présent 3 fin de semaine consécutive. Très déçu…..

On a demandé un drink froid, ils l'ont fait chaud alors lorsqu'ils le refaisaient, un nouvel employé, Félix nous a offert un service impecable au service au volant. Il était très sympathique, sa bonne humeur était contagieuse.
