Cliente régulière, je suis déçue de mon expérience.

Ma commande a été incorrecte à deux reprises &, lorsque je suis retournée la faire corriger, on m'a simplement nommé qu'ils ne pouvaient pas reprendre ma commande précédente, sans excuse & d'avancer en raison des voitures derrière moi. J'ai attendu plus de 20 minutes au service au volant.

Je comprends l'achalandage, mais un meilleur service aurait été apprécié.

C'est absolument absurde à quel point le service de Jannick est exceptionnel. Depuis plusieurs mois je viens au Starbucks Beauport avec ma conjointe & je tiens sincèrement à dire que si ce n'étais pas de son accueil chaleureux chaque fois pour chaque client nous ne viendrons pas autant souvent. Cette femme mérite définitivement une augmentation de salaire & des part de la franchise

Wow! Cela fait quelques semaines déjà que je vais à ce Starbucks & sincèrement, l'attente au service à l'auto est rapidement oublié une fois arrivé à la fenêtre. La dame (ainsi que ses 2 collègues) qui était présente en ce Lundi matin, 26 Janvier vers 10h30, avait le sourire & la bonne humeur collé au visage.! Elles m'ont même fait une petite dégustation rapide improvisée pour être certain que j'aimerais le produit commandé.! Je continuerai d'y aller, jamais déçu!
