Aujourd'hui Joelle a pris ma commande, il y avait beaucoup de client mais malgré tout, Joelle a accueilli & pris la commande de tout le monde avec un grand sourire chaleureux & des belles paroles comme « bonjour ma belle » ou « bonjour mon beau » moi même qui travaille dans le service à la clientèle, j'ai été impressionnée par sa patience & sa bonne humeur malgré le nombre de client qu'il y avait. De plus, elle a donnée des bons conseils concernant les nouveaux lattes des fêtes. On veut plus de personne comme elle au service à la clientèle !

On me dit qu'il n'y a plus d'avoine alors qu'elles en proposent à la cliente suivante parce qu'elle a insisté.
Je trouve ça très décevant & irrespectueux. Elle m'a dit « j'en ai plus beaucoup c'est pour ça ». Ok donc je suis moins importante qu'une cliente qui elle insiste ? On ne m'a pas proposé de refaire ma boisson avec de l'avoine. J'ai choisi ma bataille car je n'avais pas le temps de batailler avec elles.
Très déçue.

Ho my god!!! Celle qui nous sert au service à l'auto est incroyable!! Dynamique, joyeuse, gentille & tellement amicale!!! Les enfants l'adore & nous aussi!! Nous venons de la côte-nord & à chaque visite à Québec nous passons pas ce Starbucks en particulier seulement pour voir cette dame!!! Haha Elle met de la joie sur notre route!! Je dois absolument lui demander son nom la prochaine fois!!!! 🩷
