Je voudrais souligner le service absolument incroyable de Janick ! Elle est toujours souriante, attentionnée & enthousiaste. Chaque fois que je la vois, elle rayonne de bonne humeur, & c'est réellement contagieux. Elle prend le temps de bien nous servir, avec professionnalisme & gentillesse. Sa présence rend chaque visite encore plus agréable. Merci Janick pour ton dévouement & ton énergie positive !

Je mets un 4 étoiles car les employés sont toujours très aimables & souriants. Les produits sont conformes & toujours aussi savoureux. Je mets cependant un OUFFF pour la propreté car sincèrement j'ai failli partir sans prendre ma commande du matin. Les toilettes sont tout simplement dégueulasses. J'aurais pu écrire mon nom sur le dessus du couvert de toilette tellement il y avait de la poussière. Tout le tour de la toilette était également repli d'urine & des traces de doigts partout. Il y a également une grande armoire adjacente à la cuisine ouverte où l'on pouvait clairement voir des traces de doigts & de gras sur les armoires. Bref… c'est peut-être moi qui suis un peu exigeant sur la propreté, mais dans un restaurant je m'excuse, mais c'est la base de l'hygiène/salubrité.

Joannie, au service au volant, a une énergie contagieuse qui ne passe pas inaperçue. Elle est comme un deuxième café & un petit sucré pour l'âme. Je suis convaincue qu'elle adoucit la journée de bien des gens grâce à son sourire lumineux & sa bienveillance naturelle.
