Très très bon restaurant de sushis, cuisinés de manière authentique. J'y retourne régulièrement. Toujours délicieux & toujours un bon service, Jack est très courtois. Je recommande!

Venant de Longueuil, je suis venu en séjour à Québec pour faire le vide. Je suis allé manger japonais à l'heure du midi. Comparativement aux autres restaurants japonais à volonté que j'ai visité dans ma région, j'étais impressionné par le choix des mets japonais proposés sur le menu midi & le choix du poisson est assez varié.

Sans oublier que le teppanyaki fut mon coup coeur durant mon repas & le bouillon de la soupe ramen aux fruits de mer était très bien apprêté pour bien digérer le tout.

De plus, le serveur a été gentil, courtois & à l'écoute & insistait de s'assurer de bien faire les choses & que je sois à l'aise à mon arrivée.

Même que durant le repas, le serveur & moi avons pu échanger une bonne conversation comme si nous nous connaissions depuis longtemps & pour vous le dire avec toute ma gratitude, ce fut un moment agréable & enrichissant. Ceci étant dit, merci au Sushi Samouraï pour votre politesse & votre hospitalité.

C'est la première fois que je viens manger dans ce restaurant & je vais définitivement revenir!! Les sushis sont très frais & les sashimis sont DÉLICIEUX!! Le serveur, très gentil & son service était merveilleux!
