Umuulan nang umalis ako mula sa hotel, gutom na gutom at wala pang nakakain. Naghahangad ako ng isang mangkok ng ramen na bagay sa malamig na panahon, habang papunta ako sa VIA Rail station para bumalik sa Montreal. Biglang may isang restaurant na umagaw ng aking pansin (hindi ako naghanap o tumingin ng mga rekomendasyon). Kaya pumasok ako. Pagpasok ko, humingi ako ng mesa para sa isa, at si Jack, ang nag-iisang server noon, ay bumati sa akin nang magalang at maayos. Natuklasan kong eat-all-you-can pala ang restaurant na ito, isang bagay na hindi ko inaasahan. Makatwiran ang presyo, lalo na kung isasaalang-alang ang kalidad at dami ng pagkain.
