Je suis allée pour un anniversaire. C'était à l'étage & nous avions la salle, un vestiaire & un bar pour notre groupe. Les organisateurs ont pu décorer & apportez des chips, pretzel, petits chocolats …
Il y avait des bouchées pour le repas (Mac & cheese frits, grilled cheese, poutine …) & c'était délicieux. Les barmaid ont donné un excellent service toute la soirée 👌🏻
Pour la musique, il y a un petit stage, deux pianos & on peut mettre notre playlist pour la musique.
Génial pour des groupes. Nous étions environ 35. Le seul point négatif est que les toilettes sont au sous-sol donc ça fait loin.
I was a little disappointed to hear the kitchen was closed at 10pm (especially since the live music started & the bar started filling up), but the grilled cheese with the ham sandwich hit the spot. The waitress was friendly & professional.
We had an awesome time at Taverne Grande-Allée during the Super Bowl! We were in town from the US to experience the Winter Carnaval, & this spot was perfect for catching the big game. The atmosphere was electric, with plenty of TVs & a lively crowd. The food was surprisingly good for a bar-everything we tried was tasty, & there were tons of beers to choose from. (We were especially excited to see bitterballen on the menu, which we hadn't had since a trip to the Netherlands many years ago!)
A big shoutout to Louis-Philipe, co-owner, who was super friendly & made sure we were well taken care of. He was also incredibly responsive to an email inquiry we sent before our visit, which made us feel welcome before we even walked through the door. The rest of the staff was just as great-really welcoming & attentive. If you're looking for a fun spot with good food, great drinks, & awesome service, this is definitely the place to go!
I was serviced by bartender Jay , the best bartender service I've ever received in Quebec. Jay has full potential to operate this tavern at 100 % capacity. He is totally alert & exercising a professional bar service at all time . I would recommend him as a potential manager any time .. You're the tops Jay !
Lily-Rose was so welcoming, we were the only people in the bar at almost 1 am & she welcomed us so kindly & was so conversational. I would definitely recommend them
J'ai adoré mon expérience à la Taverne! Jé a été incroyable au service avec ses propositions de cocktail ainsi que son beau sourire. Lili-Rose au bar a su créer des drinks INCROYABLES & utiliser ses talents en mixologie. J'ai adoré mon expérience, je recommande ++.
C'était bon le burger cheese double & les employés sont sympathique. L'esthétique du bar est très bien. Prix un peu élevé comme partout sur grande allée.
J'ai été conquise par l'audace du serveur Jay, il m'a ouvert les yeux sur un excellent gin local & m'a lu le descriptif de la bouteille pendant que je le dégustais. (A ma demande). Belle ambiance, client sympatique, beau barman & bonne musique quoi demander de mieu a Québec!
Jay, c'est le meilleur. Super sympathique, service rapide pis toujours un sourire. Y connaît ses drinks, pis t'es sûr d'avoir un bon temps à chaque fois. Si tu veux passer une soirée mémorable, demande Jay au bar!
Jay est l'un des meilleurs barmans que j'ai rencontrés. Il est non seulement extrêmement professionnel, mais aussi très chaleureux & accueillant. Chaque fois que je vais au bar, il se souvient de mes préférences & sait toujours comment rendre ma soirée agréable. Jay a une grande connaissance des boissons & sait recommander des cocktails qui correspondent parfaitement à mes goûts. Son attitude positive & sa capacité à gérer même les soirées les plus chargées sont impressionnantes. Je recommande vivement de visiter ce bar & de profiter du service exceptionnel de Jay.
