Lors d'une magnifique soirée dans le Vieux-Québec, nous avons eu le bonheur de savourer un Alfredo à la Gambretta absolument divin. Les pâtes étaient parfaitement al dente, nappées d'une sauce crémeuse & savoureuse, avec des crevettes fondantes à souhait. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir.
En dessert, un tiramisu exquis, léger & bien équilibré, qui clôturait le repas avec élégance. & pour couronner le tout, le chef Fabio, chaleureux & généreux, a gentiment pris le temps de signer une belle carte souvenir pour nous - un geste simple, mais qui a rendu la soirée encore plus mémorable.
Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse italienne. On y retournera les yeux fermés !

The décor of the place was perfect & so was the food! I'm usually not a big fan of pesto, but the pesto dish I had was to die for. All of us cleaned our plates.
Dessert was great too, we had a tiramisu made the way the chef's Nonna used to make it. It even had a little note from Nonna. It felt so intimate & special.
Service was awesome. We spent about $70/person, but that's only cuz we got a bottle of wine. You could get out at a minimum of like $40/person. Highly recommend!

Nous avons dégusté en entrée le Plateau Milano avant de partager le plat de Pâte Flambée au brandy dans une meule de Grana Padano vieilli 24 mois pour ensuite terminer notre souper avec le fameux Tiramisu (recette de la mère de Fabio, l'un des propriétaires). Tout était excellent! Même le vin/cocktails & les cafés alcoolisés.
Définitivement un restaurant qui en vaut le prix !

What a delightful surprise in a small but elegant Italian restaurant in the footprint of Chateau Montenach. You will be very glad you tried this place. We had the lamb shank & carbonara pasta, paired wine & tiramisu for dessert. EVERYTHING WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! The pasta was perfection, & the lamb was delectable. Definitely try this place if you're in Quebec City. It's a hidden gem & worth every nickel.
