It was at the dawn of the pandemic that we acquired our restaurant, the opening is official on July 17, 2020 and since then it is our pleasure to welcome you. Prepared on site with fresh ingredients, we offer tasty, simple and unpretentious cuisine. All our cuisine is gluten-free and mostly lactose-free without neglecting the taste. We have a warm atmosphere where it is pleasant to come as a couple or in a group.

It is such a special treat to have Celiac Disease & be able to enjoy a completely gluten free restaurant. The ambience is also very lovely at Veravin 2.0 - it is a cute little restaurant on the lower ramparts of Quebec. The entire menu is homemade, gluten free, & lactose free. I have been multiple times & had 2 of the 4 delicious gluten free beers on tap - Alchimiste, & the Monaco cocktail. The food is incredible: the onion rings with honey🤤, fish'n chips, mini corn dogs, beet carpaccio, karaage style chicken, apple walnut salad, chocolate cake, & creme brûlée. The meals come out fresh & piping hot, though the wait can be a bit long when it is busy. Be sure to make a reservation with libro or you could have a long wait!
Il faut être patient pour mériter cette bonne cuisine. Les plats seront servis 1h après votre commande mais ils seront très bons & sans gluten. Tout le monde autour de nous s'est régalé. Le service est simple & efficace. Dommage la station service en face, préférez l'intérieur.

Restaurant sans gluten très bon. Un grand choix de plats, je recommande particulièrement le burger, le pain se démarque de ce que l'on retrouve généralement, il ne se déliait pas, & avait un très bon goût. Les bâtonnets de fromages sont sans lactose. Tout était parfait, même si un peu d'attente sauf… le gravlax qui est vraiment la tache d'ombre sur le menu. Prenez davantage le tartare. C'était immangeable. Quand je l'ai fais remarqué poliment au serveur (cela arrive de se tromper en cuisine, surtout sur un gravlax qui doit être mariner généralement 24h dans le sel pour se confire), celui-ci me dit que non, le plat est réussi. Le plat n'est réussi que quand celui qui le déguste estime que celui-ci est réussi. Le plat était relativement cher & je n'ai rien mangé. Je n'ai pas eu de dédommagement, je suis reparti bredouille. Heureusement mes amis m'ont donnés de leur souper.
Très belle découverte de ce restaurant sans gluten avec une carte variée & des plats savoureux. Les portions étaient généreuse, les produits frais & très bons. Nous nous sommes régalés.
Le personnel était très aimable & arrangeant & nous avons été servis rapidement. On recommande à 100%!
Extremement long au niveau du service. Ça a pris 1h05min pour avoir nos plats & nous avons commandé des plats très simple. Ma femme a fait l'erreur de commander un dessert après le repas ce qui a pris un autre 45 min a arriver.
La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise. Par contre, j'ai commandé une bavette, on ne m'a pas demandé la cuisson & elle est arrivée très bien cuite.
Comme tout est sans gluten c'est très bien pour les gens celiac, mais preparez vous à attendre.
This was the first 100% gluten free restaurant I have ever visited & the food did not disappoint! My partner & I enjoyed the onion rings (super yummy, great batter) & a glass of natural orange wine. For our mains, he enjoyed a delicious seafood risotto & I the fish & chips with poutine (the fish & batter were soooo good, but I do not recommend the poutine) I ordered a lavender lemonade gin cocktail & it was far too sweet but still tasty. Our service was very slow but I enjoyed the meal & the fact that everything was gluten free so much I really didn't mind
Excellent restaurant, repas très bon & fait maison! Service impeccable & propriétaire très sympathique. Un resto aussi bon & 100% sans gluten c'est rare de nos jours. J'habite à 2:00 de Québec & je vais y retourner. Je recommande 12 étoiles sur 10.
First time we didn't have to mention we were gluten intolerant. Odered double so that we could taste the most things, pogo, onion rings, cheese sticks, fish & chips…. All just amazing. We will be back
