Service a la clientele moyen.. la femme qui m'a servi semblait seulement vouloir finir son shift & rentrer chez elle.. Magasin un peu sale, pas accueillant, honnêtement le pire Yuzu sushi que j'ai vu.. La gestion du magasin devrait absolument changer!!

Un très mauvais service, personnel arrogant (une madame qui me semble la responsable ou la gérante) qui te fait sentir que t'es dérangeant avec tes questions. Pour un plateau de 20 morceaux j'ai du attendre 45 minutes pour que finalement la plupart des sushis sont presque vide à l'intérieur. J'AURAIS DU LIRE LES AVIS AVANT D'Y ALLER LA JE COMPRENDS POURQUOI IL Y'A AUSSI PEU D'ÉTOILES… bref je recommande vraiment pas.

En vacances à Québec, j'ai été chercher un sushis pour déguster à mon hôtel & j'ai été agréablement surprise. J'avais des réserves à cause des critiques, mais j'ai eu un service impeccable & le sushis était extraordinaire.

En vacance à Québec dans un hôtel à quelque pas, j'ai eu un service extra ordinaire, j'ai commander en ligne & j'ai pris une commande pour apportez. Là-bas ma commande était prête à l'heure prévus. Le sushi étais d'une fraîcheur impeccable (je mange souvent du sushis).

Les sushis n'ont plus la taille qu'ils avaient & semblent faits à la va-vite (ne tiennent pas & sont découpés parfois très minces). Ça fait aussi quelques fois que j'appelle pour commander & le son de la voix de l'employé est difficilement audible, ce qui a contribué à causer une erreur dans ma dernière commande. Pour amortir l'erreur, l'employé s'est mis du pourboire sur ma commande, sans me le demander. Je m'en suis rendu compte seulement en rentrant chez moi parce qu'il l'a déduit du solde de ma carte cadeau avec laquelle je payais. Honnêtement, je trouve ça inacceptable.

Sushis pas très bons au goût, & à l'assemblage. Mauvais service. J'ai appelé deux fois & à chaque fois on me répond "Allô?" alors on se demande bien la première fois si on a appelé à la bonne place
