Belle progression des saveurs & variétés des produits du menu dégustation, avec accord mets-vin impeccable. S'asseoir au bar est un plus pour voir la mécanique du montage des services. Rarement vu autant de fluidité & de calme dans une brigade, autant en cuisine qu'au service. Bonne playlist variée! J'y retournerai assurément quand je reviendrai à Québec!

Tout était parfait; le staff (shot out à lori!!!), le vin, la bouffe…. Sincèrement c'est un sans faute & ce n'est pas la dernière fois qu'on sera assis au bar!

Superbe expérience culinaire. Une très belle variété de plats à partager, les portions sont généreuses, le service de Jules a été impeccable & attentionné. Assise au bar, nous sommes aux premières loges. La musique ajoute à l'ambiance chaleureuse. Excellente soirée!

Parfait du début à la fin. Service impeccable, une formule à l'aveugle à partager qui ne déçoit pas. Bel ambiance! Je vous conseille une place au bar, question d'avoir droit au spectacle en cuisine! On recommande x 100 & on reviendra!
