Les cinq premiers plats de dégustation étaient extraordinaires. Très beau visuel, & une combinaison des saveurs incroyables & des textures parfaitement maîtrisées. De petites bouchées suffisaient à emplir la bouche de milles saveurs. Les deux derniers plats, fromage & tartelette, étaient un peu plus classiques, tout en demeurant bien agencés & délicieux. Le service était impeccable. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.
