Les plats sont tous délicieux
Les portions adéquates
Les goûts sont bien équilibrés
Viande délicieuse & plats végétariens goûteux
Selon moi, le thé, infusion & café régulier devraient être offert sans supplément avec le forfait. C'est à mon avis un geste de courtoisie

Cuisine raffinée & inventive. Belle exploitation des textures & saveurs. Sans oublier la beauté des assiettes.
L'omble chevalier est délicieuse, bien accompagnée de panais & céleri rave.
