Je suis retourné dans cette succursale où mes amis ont travaillé pendant plusieurs années. Je suis heureux qu'ils aient gardé le même décor tel que je connais. De plus, la poutine saucisse demeure bonne comme dans le passé. La seule chose dont je suis déçu est le service à la clientèle, car cette succursale est connue pour son excellent service. Cela fait une grande différence au niveau de l'expérience. Par exemple, pour un client qui a commandé une poutine, un serveur(use) peut dire: Aimeriez-vous des mayos & des ketchups pour votre poutine? Merci!

Copier/coller de mon commentaire de Ashton Ste-foy. Je pensais que le tout pouvait être relié à l'endroit mais le problème est généralisé. Un changement a eu lieu ! Aucun doute. Vous avez perdu toute votre singularité. Les frites sont molles, réchauffées & on dirait des frites au micro-onde. La sauce n'a plus aucun goût. Je ne reconnais plus MON Ashton .. confirmation que vos changements sont complètement ratés. J'ai ressayé & là je ne vois pas l'intérêt d'une nouvelle tentative. Le début de votre nouvelle ère est à l'opposé de la mission d'origine ... frais, vrai depuis plus 50 ans.

Je ne suis une fan de la poutine mais on nous a dit, qu'on ne peut pas aller à Québec sans y manger sa fameuse poutine franchement, c'était délicieux, tout était bon: poutine, le Cheese Burger & même le coke était bon 😀 la jeune serveuse était d'une gentillesse.

Service reçu ce soir très approximatif. Deux membres de la direction plus un équipier en place. Trois poules pas de tête.... Je commande trois articles. 20 minutes plus tard on viens à me servir, mais ah non il manquais encore un burger ça sera pas long monsieur ..... j'avais 30 minutes pour manger . Je demande un remboursement pour litem manquant car je n'ai plus de temps. Je me rend compte rendu au travail qu'il manquais aussi le 2e article .... Très ordinaire, je doute y retourner prochainement. Il n'y avais que 3 clients devant moi. Je comprend quand il y a un rush, mais là ce n'étais pas le cas.. Passage à 16:30 lundi le 8 avril
