coming from Montreal & raised with La Belle pro, i dont know what the hype of Chez Ashton is here in Quebec City. extremely overpriced too. not sure why la Belle Pro isnt here

My first time here. It will probably be my last because I'm just passing through town but my initial impression was it looks as though it was a coffee shop or something at one time that just transformed into a burger place. Who knows maybe it has been there for 50 years. It looks a little bit outdated the prices are quite fair I would say. I haven't been into my food yet but it looked fairly decent for the price.
