C'était probablement le copain de la barmaid qui a répondu au derniere avis. Nous avons eu le même soucis. À notre arrivée, l'attente était longue & sans considération (contactez-moi si vous voulez des details justifiés ou regardez vos caméras). Un petit groupe (3) était très insatisfait & voulait quitter, ils ont attendu un délai injustifié pour cela & nous en discutions(du service), car nous avions attendu très longtemps nous-même avant d'avoir même un regard agréable, l'homme assis au bar s'en ai mêlé, alors que nous discutions entre nous des standards par rapport à Montréal ou d'une époque du nightlife résolue. L'homme très sur la défensive s'est lui-même présenté comme le copain de Florence. Bref, beau spot, Bon potentiel, service assez médiocre. Nous avons tout de même tipper 25% car nous somme chic, nous.
Je prend un verre durant le last call & un gars qui ne travaille pas au bar vient me voir & me menace aggressivent de crisser mon camp très belle expérience après avoir payer 200$ de facture … je lui conseille de se calmer avant de faire son bouncer sans salaire …

Le Resto Les Yeux Bleus vaut vraiment le détour pour son cachet & son ambiance !
J'ai adoré le décor : c'est un resto-bar caché, magnifiquement construit à même la pierre, qui offre un cachet tout particulier. Côté menu, le choix de boissons & de nourriture est varié & très intéressant.
Cependant, l'expérience a été entachée par quelques oublis majeurs au niveau du service. Durant toute la soirée, on ne nous a servi aucune eau à table, & malgré notre demande, aucune assiette à partager n'a été apportée.
Avec un service un peu plus attentif, l'endroit mérite largement une meilleure note. Le potentiel est énorme !
Un superbe bar troglodyte 😉 avec de superbes serveurs aimables & heureux de discuter, si le rap français ou plus généralement les musiques d'ambiance vous intéressent également, vous êtes servis !

Les Yeux Bleus was easily our favourite bar in Old Quebec 🍸. The cocktail list was fantastic 📖, with a strong selection of both classic & house cocktails available 🍹. I ordered a Negroni 🥃 & an Espresso Martini ☕, although there were plenty of other tempting options on the menu.
The service was friendly 😊, & the cocktails were prepared quickly & brought directly to our table ✨. The music created a lively atmosphere 🎶, & the secluded courtyard provided a wonderful setting in which to enjoy a drink 🌿.
Between the excellent cocktail selection, efficient service, & enjoyable surroundings, Les Yeux Bleus stood out as one of the highlights of our time in Quebec City 🍁.
