Sunny terrace, amazing cocktails, & a laid-back atmosphere. Blue Eyes Bar feels like a hidden speakeasy where you can escape the crowds, relax with friends, & enjoy great drinks under the sun. The perfect spot for good vibes, good conversations, & unforgettable evenings.

Stopped by for the patio & loved the vibe. Enjoyed the sangria & charcuterie board during happy hour-both were excellent. Great service, too!

Incredible place, even better host/owner-such a vibe even at 4:30pm. A hidden gem. The hospitality is dialed in-present, intuitive, & genuinely warm. You feel taken care of without it ever feeling scripted.

I highly, highly recommend this restaurant/bar. My wife & I went on Valentine's night & were fortunately able to walk in after a last-minute change of plans. While they were pretty full, they managed to squeeze us in & after a party left they moved us to a desirable booth to eat. The decor & vibe were really great.

But most importantly their food. They had a 5-course tasting menu for only $65 & it was all so delicious & exquisite presentation. & the drinks were good too. Honestly amazing value (feels like something that would be twice that at most places) but you can also do a la carte.

Last but not least all the staff were so friendly & accommodating.

Accidentally wandered in my first night in Quebe city when I was looking for late night food, ended up spending a few hours here & came back my last night in town because I had such a good time. The staff are all so friendly & entertaining, great vibes & tasty drinks. Chicken bacon wrap was also really good.

Le staff est absolument incroyable la vibe a l'interieur est selon moi la meilleure vibe a Quebec. Les djs sont top notch & les drinks sont classy & bien forts fait pour l'hiver. On a besoin de plus de bars comme ça a Quebec!
