Super athmosphere le bar est propre musique est bonne la bouffe est excellente.

Le personnel est gentil mais pas du tout formé. C'est lent, ça brasse du vent, ça ne sait pas où sont les tables, ça ne regarde pas ses clients & manque leurs appels, ça donne les mauvais ustensiles, ça donnes les ustensiles à l'envers (la fourchette par exemple les piques me regardent 😅), 2 serveurs différents qui viennent prendre notre commande, etc. On a reçu nos boissons en même temps que tous les plats (dont bol de chips). Le personnel a une attitude professionnelle toutefois alors j'insiste c'est un problème de formation & non un manque d'envie ou une attitude inadaptée.
La cuisine est pas pire franchement, mais le canard slow cooking est un chewing gum (& servit avec un couteau ordinaire bout rond ..). Ceci dit, l'établissement m'a remplacé le canard par autre chose sans frais & c'est très apprécié. Les assiettes sont belles, comme dit c'est des petites portions alors prévoyez au moins 2 plats si vous venez le soir. Malgré mon canard un peu décevant, le tapas au saumon était bien correcte. L'écrasé de patates est très chouette mais manque un petit twist en + je dirai. La pétoncle était super intéressante, je ne m'attendais pas à du cru & ça se marie bien avec le jus de chou & le citron :).
Ça donnait envie ce bistrot un peu en arrière, la terrasse est sympa la déco est chouette. Pas de bonnes bières de micro malheureusement mais un menu de boissons acceptable.
Je ne reviendrai pas avant un moment & je ne recommande pas pour le moment, mais je crois que l'établissement a ce qu'il faut pour monter sa game. Je referai un tour sûrement l'année prochaine.
Chose this place on a whim. It was small & off the beaten path, which was what we wanted. It was excellent. The drinks were terrific. The chef, Raphael, took our order. He offered beer pairing suggestions. He was very attentive.
The food was the best meal I've had in a long time. The $30 for 3 courses!!! What?!! That's unheard of.
We had lunch there & we didn't eat dinner, we were still full.
The tartare was amazing, the beef was so good. Everything was perfect!
Tucked away in an alley off Rue St. Denis, Les Yeux Bleus is a hidden treasure that's easily missed in the vibrancy of Old Quebec's busiest street. But it's well worth the short trip up the alley.
The prices are very reasonable & the food is superb! The staff are incredibly warm & friendly, & the natural stone walls make it feel like a natural grotto.

Gastronomique & abordable! Deux mots qui s'harmonisent au menu midi! De l'entrée au dessert, tout était exquis! Ambiance plus calme que les terrasses effervescentes des trottoirs de la rue. Osez la ruelle, vous serez surpris!
