Les Yeux Bleus was easily our favourite bar in Old Quebec 🍸. The cocktail list was fantastic 📖, with a strong selection of both classic & house cocktails available 🍹. I ordered a Negroni 🥃 & an Espresso Martini ☕, although there were plenty of other tempting options on the menu.

The service was friendly 😊, & the cocktails were prepared quickly & brought directly to our table ✨. The music created a lively atmosphere 🎶, & the secluded courtyard provided a wonderful setting in which to enjoy a drink 🌿.

Between the excellent cocktail selection, efficient service, & enjoyable surroundings, Les Yeux Bleus stood out as one of the highlights of our time in Quebec City 🍁.

Sunny terrace, amazing cocktails, & a laid-back atmosphere. Blue Eyes Bar feels like a hidden speakeasy where you can escape the crowds, relax with friends, & enjoy great drinks under the sun. The perfect spot for good vibes, good conversations, & unforgettable evenings.

L'ambiance & l'esthétique du bar est cool! Les serveurs étaient vraiment gentil & il y avait un deal gintonic 2 pour 1 ce qui est super nice :)

I highly, highly recommend this restaurant/bar. My wife & I went on Valentine's night & were fortunately able to walk in after a last-minute change of plans. While they were pretty full, they managed to squeeze us in & after a party left they moved us to a desirable booth to eat. The decor & vibe were really great.

But most importantly their food. They had a 5-course tasting menu for only $65 & it was all so delicious & exquisite presentation. & the drinks were good too. Honestly amazing value (feels like something that would be twice that at most places) but you can also do a la carte.

Last but not least all the staff were so friendly & accommodating.

I would say this is one of the best bars we have been to in Quebec. They have been so friendly & accepting. The drinks they make are good quality & they have amazing prices! I highly recommend this bar!
