Small Local Bistro who loves to work the products of the Earth. Everything is homemade starting with bread or Smoked Meat, even kechup! We are working on a slate menu where we propose a game of Bistro dishes that change according to seasonal arrivals. For example wild boar, and deer are often found on our slate. In addition, a sommelier is always on hand to advise you and make you discover his new finds. A wine list of about 200 labels that is regularly renewed with a wide variety of wine by the glass. The wine cellar can also be booked on request for your private events.

Oh my. What a beautiful experience. From wine recommendations to a tart Provencal cocktail, great advice on choices. We shared the mushrooms with fois gras. The sauce was smooth & buttery. My halibut was tender & perfectly cooked. The bison short ribs were rolled & the bones added a depth of flavour & succulence. Highly recommended.
Simply out of this world, ridiculously great food. Deserves Michelin recognition. The mushroom special & vegetable soup had incredibly deep, rich flavors & were unique & inventive. The beef filet was so tender that I barely needed a knife. Dessert is just as good!
The service & drinks are top tier as well, despite just two staff running the front of house. We got a cocktail & wine recommendation which paired perfectly with each course. The kitchen also accommodated a dietary restriction with ease. Overall, a memorable night & highly recommend!

Resto très accueillant, tant par le lieu, le décor & les employés. Super cocktails, tant le classique gin tonic que celui du jour avec vin rouge, orange, bulle & épices. Nous avons pris le médaillon de sanglier & celui de boeuf. Très savoureux & portion généreuse. Merci!
Beautiful intimate space with hands on owner. Food & service was top notch - we will be back with all our friends. Creative cocktails. off the main drag in a side street but right in the heart of old town

En ce samedi 19 juillet 2025. On est tombés sur Be Club un peu par hasard… & quelle chance ! Dès les premières minutes,
l'accueil chaleureux nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. L'ambiance est détendue, le personnel est
d'une grande gentillesse, & on sent qu'on est entre de bonnes mains.
Nous avons commencé avec deux cocktails du jour, parfaits pour se détendre sur la petite
terrasse : originaux, bien équilibrés, super rafraîchissants - le tout accompagné d'une
délicieuse'surprise' maison. Résultat : un petit hors-d'oeuvre savoureux, mettant à l'honneur
leur fameux bacon, parfaitement accordé à nos verres. On a tout de suite eu envie de rester
pour souper.
De l'entrée au dessert, les produits locaux sont mis en valeur, & ça fait plaisir. C'est simple,
savoureux, bien présenté, dans une ambiance feutrée & agréable. Mention spéciale pour la
bruschetta LE FERMIER.
Toue la soirée a été détendue, gourmande, pleine de petites attentions. Le lieu est beau,
intime, & on s'y sent vraiment bien.
Une découverte inattendue, mais mémorable. Un vrai coup de coeur qu'on n'est pas près
d'oublier. On recommande sans hésiter - & cette fois, on reviendra exprès
Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation, pendant le FEQ. Nous avons eu une table, mais nous nous sommes fait dire qu'elle était réservée 2 heures plus tard. Cela a pris 30 minutes avant d'avoir nos menus, mais au moins nous avions un bon cocktail en main. Le serveur semblait être accompagné d'une équipe en formation & il avait l'air de se courir partout. Une table de 4 personnes à côté de nous était vide, une amie a voulu se joindre à nous pour un verre, mais on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas assez de place… l'espace aurait été assez grand pour y ajouter une chaise. De plus, entre notre repas principal & notre dessert, on nous a demandé de changer de table car cette table spécifique avait été réservée par un très bon client, nous avons changé de table sans problèmes. J'ai commandé mon dessert & demander un espresso, le dessert servi, l'espresso est arrivé 15 minutes après.
Le repas était excellent! Présentation visuelle très esthétique. La planche de charcuteries & fromage du Québec était généreuse & très savoureuse! Mon conjoint a pris le Mac N' cheese de gnocchis au bacon maison & c'était succulent! J'ai pris l'assiette de Mignon de bison, la portion était bien étant donné l'entrée avant. Le plat était délicieux, la viande très tendre & les légumes savoureux! L'accord mets/vin était bien réfléchi!
Malgré les petits anicroches du service, l'expérience mérite d'être renouvelée!
We initially went to the BE Club Bistro & Bar as part of a food tour. As it is on a side street we wouldn't have found it on our own, but in the brief time we were there, we knew we had to return for the full experience. We have all had food prepared by a cook or a chef, but to have food prepared by an artist is rare, & that is what Stefan, the chef/proprietor of BE Club Bistro Bar is, a true artist.
A sense of calm greets you as you enter the door. It is readily apparent he has put his heart & soul into this establishment. From the peaceful music, to the use of whimsical lighting & decor, to the flashes of red you can see through the brick archway into the kitchen, every detail has been selected with care, & that is also how you will be treated.Our waiter was warm, helpful, attentive & thoughtful. From his description of the food choices to his suggestions for accompanying cocktails, it was clear he took pride in his work & truly wanted us to enjoy our evening.
We began with a delightful scallop appetizer, that melted in your mouth & left you wanting for more. For our main entrees my husband had the Bison Rib which he described as succulent with robust flavors, & being one of the best meals of his life . I thoroughly enjoyed their playful twist on Mac & Cheese including the house made bacon. We gluttonously ended our meal by splitting a Poached Pear dessert that was somehow simultaneously light & decadent.
Needless to say, we left feeling very fortunate to have discovered this gem of a restaurant & hope when you are in Quebec City, you do yourself a favor & make a reservation, you will not be disappointed!
