Small Local Bistro who loves to work the products of the Earth. Everything is homemade starting with bread or Smoked Meat, even kechup! We are working on a slate menu where we propose a game of Bistro dishes that change according to seasonal arrivals. For example wild boar, and deer are often found on our slate. In addition, a sommelier is always on hand to advise you and make you discover his new finds. A wine list of about 200 labels that is regularly renewed with a wide variety of wine by the glass. The wine cellar can also be booked on request for your private events.

More than cozy atmosphere in this historic stone building dating back to 1827.

My family & I ordered 3 $16.50 set lunch. The carrot soup was absolutely delicious, smooth & creamy texture. The wings were a little bit on the dry side, otherwise the flavour was still good. The main course club sandwiches are amazing. There are the chicken, smoke meat & the salmon options. All 3 are great, yet the salmon stands out. Overall, the service was top notch. Thank you Philip for being a wonderful host. I would definitely come back again.

Le club au poulet fumé, super! Les frites, hallucinantes! Sorbet acide comme une batterie d'auto, ketchup sucré bizarre, mayo grasse & sans saveur. Ambiance & endroit très chaleureux. Service tres convivial.

Les plus.....Service & accueil excellents; entrée de fromages & viandes sublime; mac'n cheese très bon.
Les moins.......vin trop cher (4 fois la saq), les clubs (j'ai pris le classique & mon epouse celui au smoked meat) étaient sans goût & pas assez grillés. Décevant pour une spécialité.....

Beau resto & bonne ambiance, le personnel est sympathique. Le club végé est excellent & le saumon mi cuit légèrement fumé est aussi très bon. Nous avons trouvé le prix du vin au verre élevé, l'option d'une bouteille de vin serait à considérer. Endroit très agréable & bien situé dans le vieux Québec, je le recommande.

We had the smoked salmon club sandwich & the smoked meat poutine. Both were good although our personal preference was the club sandwich. The meat in the poutine had some fat which made a rich dish even richer. Service was friendly & good
