First & foremost, excellent service from Giovani, outstanding service & passion given to how he acknowledges each individual guest with is passion & knowledge a wonderful thing to Experiance at a time where so many people lack the gift to serve & make their guest feel special.

The food excellent, the chef is a master chief for sure, a visiting Quebec this wonderful Resturant is a must, with its service outstanding along with the food & the overall feel of the Resturant! Enjoy

From a foodie tour that morning, we learned that when the previous owners decided to retire, their chefs bought it. The two chefs are now married with a family & making incredible food!!
Giovanni ( Sommeiler) & Thomas provided excellent service. With Giovanni's help, we order a beautiful Pinot Noir. Next we ordered the specials- an amuse buche of king oyster mushrooms & main dish of local Lamb. It was divine! I even convinced my friend to try both. She thought she didn't like mushrooms or lamb, she is now a convert! An amazing atmosphere , with great service, preparing Quèbec local food, run by a family-what more could you ask for?

6+ Stars ⭐? Jovan & staff were so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Jovan was just opening & so it was perfect timing for lots of personal attention & recommendations. My husband & I asked Jovan to choose for us & to wine pair his food selections.
It was a magical evening with some of the best food & dishes I have ever had.
The sea scallops, followed by an amazing Mushroom bruschetta topped with Foie Gras. Ohmygoodness, it was so good. For our main course we split the Lamb Shank. It was incredible & splitting allowed room for the best Crème Brûlée ever! My husband had the white mousse surrounded by chocolate. You know it was so good when you wake up talking about your meal. Jovan has incredible knowledge of wines & everything was perfectly paired & balanced with each dish. I will be dreaming about my dinner for a long time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful dinner at Beclub! The boar fillet was outstanding & cooked perfectly! Alexander took great care of us & recommended a couple of wonderful wines to accompany our meals.

Flavourful, delicious & interesting combinations on each plate. Excellent knowledgeable servers. Lovely, simple heritage atmosphere. Well worth dining here when in Quebec.
