We were on vacation & celebrating our 1qanniversary with dinner at La Cohue. Although the location is not attractive, this bistro is a treasure to discover. The atmosphere is very classy & comfortable. Our waiter was very attentive & explained the answers to our questions about the food very thoroughly. Everything we tasted was delicious! The flavors were very well balanced. We had the arancini appetizer, which is 3 different bites (lobster, foie grass, & mozzarella) that came with complementing sauces. Then, I had the rack of lamb. They were all generous portions with perfectly balanced sauces. My husband had the prawns & scallops. It was the largest prawn we had ever seen - the size of a small lobster tail. Cooked perfectly, & we had to resist licking our plates. For dessert, we couldn't decide, so we split the creme brulee, chocolate mousse & the maple cheese Pancake. I could not decide which was my favorite. My husband loved the Pancake. This place was a great choice for our special occasion!

Il y aurait une 6e étoile & je leur attribuerait !! Service hors pair, Ambiance magnifique pour le groupe de personnes qu'on était, bien installés dans une petite salle parfaite, nous permettant de rire & s'amuser sans risque de déranger les autres clients sur place. & la nourriture sans aucun doute appréciée par tous !! Vraiment satisfait du service de traiteur du bistro la cohue! J'ai fait venir un traiteur style cocktail dînatoire pour les 40e de mon conjoint à la maison. J'ai ainsi pu profité de la soirée sans me soucier du service & de la vaisselle pour l'événement. La nourriture a vraiment fait un gros succès, les bouchées était tous incroyables & succulentes, même des options véganes & sans gluten vraiment intéressante. Le personnel était vraiment attentif à tout le monde & très professionel. Je les choisirais sans hésitation pour un autre événement/party pour en faire un succès! Merci encore !

By far. Hands down. The best dishes I have ever had. The service was immaculate. The lighting & background music were perfect. I ordered the Salmon Tartare as an entrée & the Lamb as a main. Both were incredible but if you have to chose one, go with the Lamb. The menu is seasonal so hopefully they still have it when you go. Portions are great. Merci Bistro la Cohue pour cette expérience inoubliable ♥️
