We stayed in Quebec City for a few days &, like most tourists, visited quite a few restaurants in the Old Town. However, none of them can compare to Bistro La Cohue.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the octopus appetizer, the lamb rack, & the duck with foie gras. Everything was beautifully prepared & presented to the highest standard. The interior is very pleasant & elegant, there is an excellent selection of wines, & the staff was incredibly friendly & attentive. The level of service was truly outstanding.

We will definitely return to Bistro La Cohue the next time we are in Quebec City, & we will gladly recommend it to our friends!

?Une adresse exceptionnelle ! Ce bistro est tout simplement sur la coche, autant pour un brunch gourmand le week-end que pour un souper plus raffiné en soirée. Le menu est recherché, la nourriture est savoureuse & l'ambiance y est toujours parfaite. Ajoutez à cela un service attentionné & chaleureux, & vous avez une formule gagnante. Un coup de coeur assuré à chaque visite

Très bel endroit. Les serveurs sont gentils & professionnels. 10/10 pour l'ambiance. Par contre, la présentation des plats n'étaient pas au top. Le steak était ordinaire. Les frites n'en parlons même pas😩. Si je dois refaire l'expérience, c'est juste pour profiter de l'espace pas pour la bouffe.
