Excellent repas encore une fois à la Cohue hier soir. Grâce aux bons conseils de notre sympathique serveur Edouard, quatre d'entre nous avons opté pour la morue servie avec une bisque de homard. Un véritable délice! A la Cohue, non seulement la cuisine est exceptionnelle (menu diversifié & produits frais & locaux) mais le service est toujours, toujours exceptionnel tant le midi que le soir! Merci encore pour une très agréable soirée!!

Excellent !!! Dommage pour le magret, j'avais demandé si il était entier, on m'a dit oui alors que non, c'était une moitié. Mais pas grave c'était délicieux.

One of the best food experiences in Quebec City! We're visiting from LA & went to a lot of restaurants this past week. La Cohue was definitely the best brunch we had. Rafael, our server, was very nice & attentive. He translated the entire menu for us & even explained how certain items in the food are made. We went there with our 3 year old daughter & he did everything to make us feel at ease about her. He put extra water & straws for her as she kept switching her seat! We started off with complimentary parfait & a shot of juice. We got the waffle plate for my daughter & it was the first time she actually ate her food! Food presentation, hospitality, cleanliness, ambience, & fast service were all five starts! We had the scallops & pork belly & the Boudin Noir, both were so flavorful & perfectly balanced! Parking is available unlike the old Quebec where you have to struggle to find one! Highly recommend this place.

Très beau dîner hier accompagné de mon poupon. Une équipe de service coordonnée, efficace & courtoise, avec une offre alimentaire variée & saisonnière. Sur l'ambiance, la musique aurait pu être ajustée à la hausse afin de masquer l'écho des autres tables autour, mais dans l'ensemble c'etait formidable. Merci beaucoup!
