Un de mes resto préféré. La cuisine est savoureuse toujours parfaitement présentée. La morue est la meilleure que j'ai mangé. Le service est super avec une approche accessible. J'adore!

Un petit bijoux caché! Une fois à l'intérieur, on voit tout de suite le potentiel! Nous vous recommandons sans aucun doute! Ce fut une très belle expérience culinaire. Nous sommes très satisfait & nous reviendrons certainement!

J'y étais allé il y a plusieurs années & j'avais bien aimé. Malheureusement ce n'est plus ce que c'était. Les prix ont beaucoup augmenté & la qualité a diminué (on ne peut pas tout mettre sur le dos de l'inflation). Service extrêmement lent & peu attentionné. Plus de 45 minutes entre l'entrée & le plat principal. La nourriture est froide & plusieurs pièces de viandes différentes n'ont pas la cuisson adéquate. Foie gras mal déveiné, carrés d'agneau froids, pas assez braisés & avec beaucoup de gras laissé inutilement. Présentation plutôt "garochée". À certain endroit la sauce avait commencé à sécher, laissant présumer que le plat avait passé beaucoup de temps sous le réchaud... Pour le niveau de qualité dans l'assiette, les prix devraient vraiment être revus à la baisse.

Excellent service great wines consumed, very well executed Ris de veau starters, unfortunately lamb served med well was ordered med rare flavors however were excellent just bled out a little to long.Guests had steaks that were butchered inconsistent( ie thicker on one end then the other ) resulting in uneven cooking through out, a better trim would have resulted in a much better product, removing excess sinew would have led to a better chew.I'll be back for the service fingers crossed it was an off night for the Chef!
