Très belle découverte au restaurant La Cohue à Québec. Nous avons pris le tartare de saumon & celui de boeuf, ainsi que quelques entrées & un dessert au citron. Tout était vraiment parfait, avec une mention spéciale pour le tartare de saumon que j'ai préféré à celui de boeuf.

L'ambiance est super agréable, à la fois chaleureuse & calme, idéale pour discuter tranquillement.

Le service était impeccable du début à la fin.

Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une belle soirée à Québec.

On y était en famille pour le brunch de Pâques, nous étions 11 personnes & ce fut une expérience culinaire impressionnante, la joue de boeuf braisé! Wow! Mention spéciale à Massil Toumi, l'un des serveurs, service exceptionnel!
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant!

I went there in june 2024 & was Very impressed. I tried Foie Gras, Riz de Vaux & Boudin Noire. No such a thing here in North Carolina. Just a great place as real good restaurants used to be in Quebec in the 1980-1990. Comming back June 2026 & this is the first place we will hit. I plan to go at least twice as long Carney doesn't shut it down.
