Food was great but the service extremely slow. We have been waiting for our dinner almost one hour. After that, the waitress gave us the dessert menu but didn't come back to take the order for another 30 mins so we decided to leave. We spent almost 2 hours with two drinks & a one course menu. The quality of food & the choices are great, pity for the unacceptable long waiting times!

Il y a déjà un bon moment depuis notre visite à ce resto, mais notre souvenir est que c'était excellent, bonne viande & bon drink!

La cuisine etait delicieuse. Le repas de l'entrée au plat principale etait exquis!!! Le meilleur resto au monde. La seule chose triste cest que cest a 6h de route de chez moi. Mais je sais deja que je referai la route un jour pour y remanger!!!

Service excellent mais cuisine à revoir.
J'ai pris une'salade asiatique du chef' & un'pouding chômeur'. À revoir en cuisine selon moi :
1. Il ne faut pas mettre de feuilles (laitue, mesclun...) dans un plat chaud. Le poulet aurait pu être chaud & le reste froid par exemple
2. La sauce ne devrait pas prendre toute la place. Je recommander d'essayer quelque chose de plus vinaigré genre nuoc mam que sucré par exemple.
3. Le pouding chômeur est sensé cuir dans le sirop, pas juste ajouter de la crème d'érable par dessus
Pour le plat je me suis peut-être aventurée un peu loin des traditions locales mais j'aurais préférée ne pas avoir le choix de cette option.
PS : de mémoire ce plat était noté végétarien, alors que c'est au poulet. Attention à revoir la carte.

C'est toujours un plaisir de me rendre à ce restaurant. Le service est toujours incroyable & non nourriture est toujours très bonne aussi. Je suis à régulier & je n'ai jamais été déçu de mes visites à l'Intercolonial. Je vous le recommande fortement si vous êtes de passage.

On a très bien mangé, juste le dessert un peu différent de la photo de présentation, donc légèrement déçus. Mais un service assuré par Marylie, juste optimal. Serveuse à l'écoute, vraiment très gentille, souriante & super accueillante. C'était vraiment très apprécié. Merci Marylie !

Great service & ambiance. Will defenetly be back. Food is good. The burger is ok but the patty is not a fresh meat patty more a skinny store bought type. Our entree cheese balls was delicious wanted more bread to finish it off. A friend took the filet mignon & other bavette was delicious. Next time wi definitely go back but wouldn't take burger maybe try something else.
