Secret find! Almost don't want to share. Has a local brewpub feel in the heart of tourist jammed Quebec. For this traveler is was an oasis of welcome friendliness & terrific brews. Highly recommend the Expresso stout & small batch mead. Though every selection I had was a repeatable keeper. Mia our bartender was charming & very enthusiastic & knowledgeable about each pour. Recommended things to my tastes & advised on consumption order & the reasoning. Fabulous experience overall. & jolly good fun. Mia is now my Quebecoise best friend. P.S. did not dine so not rating food here.

Did not order food, just wanted to try their recommended brews. The flight was very generous with a great selection to choose from. &, the bartender, Mia, was engaging, accommodating, & very informative. I would make this my local spot if I lived here.

My last night in Quebec city on the Monday after visiting family for Carnaval. Slow & quiet night, we were just looking for a short visit. Fantastic food, draught selection & service kept us around all night. Gabriel was a wonderful host that treated us to some fantastic recommendations & company. Certainly, one of the most personable & professional bartenders I've ever had the pleasure to meet! We will be back again thanks to him.

We had an amazing time at Brasserie Inox! Their beer selection is fantastic a must-visit for any beer lover in Quebec. The atmosphere was great, & the service was outstanding & everyone was super nice & made our visit even more enjoyable. We had so much fun, & when we visit Quebec City again from Europe (Hungary & the Netherlands), we'll definitely be back! 😎😍

L'ambiance est géniale & le service exceptionnel: tout le monde a été super sympa avec nous, rendant notre visite encore plus agréable. Visiting Québec City, & I find that most establishments tend towards either fine dining or kitschy tourist traps. INOX was a breath of fresh air. Beers were great & a good selection. Food was simple but more than adequate. The vibe was one that wasn't too conscious of itself, & wasn't catering to a certain type. If you want a place to just sit back, chat, watch a game, or read a book, within Québec City, I'd recommend.

I went here on a Monday & Tuesday, really quaint on those days. Good music over here & a great beer selection, I had the "fin du monde" definitely go & try it.
I was served by Alex, he was very friendly & he let me taste a beer before committing to one.
I'd come here again!

Very happy with Inox. The food was very good & the selection of beers was excellent. Our server was very nice & attentive. Great location. Highly recommend this restaurant.
