Expérience décevante… les plats n'ont pas de savoir particulière, & pourtant nous avons pris une diversité de plats: plusieurs poutines différentes, assiette canadienne, club sandwich smoked meat. Je m'attendais à bien mieux à la lecture des avis & de la queue à l'extérieure…l'équipe est sympathique

As you may know, you really have to try & work hard to find food that is not excellent here. So, to stand out as good in Quebec City… it has to be excellent, right?
This was the best poutine we had in either Montreal or Quebec City. We had to try it & we're glad we did. Also we split a club sandwich with the smoked meat. Delicious!

Comme vous le savez peut-être, il faut vraiment s'efforcer - & s'y prendre à deux fois - pour trouver de la nourriture qui ne soit pas excellente ici. Alors, pour réussir à se démarquer à Québec… il faut nécessairement être excellent, n'est-ce pas ?
C'est la meilleure poutine que nous ayons mangée, que ce soit à Montréal ou à Québec. Il fallait absolument que nous la goûtions, & nous sommes ravis de l'avoir fait. Nous avons également partagé un club sandwich à la viande fumée. Un vrai régal !

We ordered the Eggs Benedict, fish & chips, club sandwich, & pudding for dessert, each dish was executed very well. The Eggs Benedict had a creamy hollandaise sauce, the fish was crispy, & the club sandwich was generously filled with nice ingredients with a generous portion. The pudding was a delightful finish, rich, sweet & satisfying.
The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly, attentive, & genuinely helpful.

la salade choux, le tout accompagné d´1/2 litre de vin médoc de très bonne qualité. Une agréable expérience, une atmosphère chaleureuse. J'y vient souvent quand je viens à Québec. C'est situé rue Saint-Paul dans un secteur très touristique mais absolument pas attrape touriste. Continuez votre excellent travail !
Une expérience fantastique. Personnel chaleureux & accueillant, & une serveuse qui a su me recommender le combo ideal! & que dire de la nourriture. Un club sandwich au smoke meat, digne de photos (preuve a l'appui) & de mention. Absolument délicieux. & que dire de la poutine italienne, dont la sauce a la viande saura vous faire rêver. Même la salade de chou est extraordinaire. Même si le stationnement est parfois compliqué, ca en vaut amplement le détour.
Absolutely fab food, we arrived at like 5:30pm on a Saturday night & they had us seated right away. The staff were gems, they were super lovely. I had the mushroom spaghetti & a side of onion rings, & my friends had the club sandwich & the hot dog poutine. Everything was delicious, especially the onion rings!
Ambiance fantastique. C'est vraiment une belle petite place à découvrir. C'était très tranquille vers 8h00. Sur la terrasse au soleil avec un bon Espresso C'était super apaisant. Le service était vraiment bien. Serveuse très attentive. La cuisine était bien. Ils ont été généreux avec la portion de poulet dans le Club-Sandwich. Mais le poulet était sec. Aurait pu être mariné pour être plus goûteux. Les frittes était 4/5 très bonne. Espresso bien mais sans plus. Merci pour l'expérience j'ai bien aimé la Vibe.
