Superb service by Cindy. I'm Vegan & Cindy made sure she made my order separately & not with meat. The best Vegan Veggie Burger I've ever had. It was handmade. The Soup of the day Turnip Crème soup with Maple syrup was outstanding too. Highly recommended!!!

Petit arrêt impromptu, sans vraiment avoir un faim de loup mais, j'ai quand même tenté une petite (?) Galvaude... Elle s'avéra être bien copieuse & surtout délicieuse !

De beaux gros morceaux de poulet & des frites bien fraîches (qui n'ont jamais traînées sous des lampes à réchaud). Le service était rapide & amical. Pour ceux qui d'ailleurs aiment déjeûner à toute heure du jour, ils en servent toujours !

First time experiencing the Gen Z stare. I kept smiling back like an idiot 😑 Other than that, our table was upstairs & it was pretty cramped. We were squeezed right next to another table & the waiters had a hard time getting through the aisle. It was uncomfortable for us. Food was okay.

We had a good experience here, though it wasn't quite what I was expecting, but still good. ☺?
We tried a few dishes, including the penne with pesto & sausages, which was nice & satisfying, & the fish & chips. The highlight for me was definitely the mushroom soup 😍 it was the best thing we had, really rich & flavorful.
The staff were great, friendly, helpful, & even a bit funny in a good way, which made the experience more enjoyable 😁

I went there following Samuel Dubois' (tour guide) recommendation. The service was excellent, everyone was kind & helpful, & the food was typical, served in a local atmosphere at a good price. Definitely worth a visit while in Quebec!

Had to wait outside, fortunately not for long. Hostess couldnt tell us how long the wait was when we got there. I have friends that have worked in the industry for decades & they always say a restaurant should be able to tell you how long the wait is. It's just good restaurant management. Got the pate chinois, which is a shepherds pie that used to be served to Chinese migrant railroad workers. Seems a bit racist to still call it that but moving on... It was cold. Tasted OK once it was reheated but there was a strong spice in it that I couldn't place that was a bit odd. Waitress seemed annoyed about giving me a take away box at the end of the meal.

Loved everything about this place! The food is great, the staff is friendly & the prices are very affordable. I suggest taking the extra homemade caramel or strawberry sauces for the toasts, they are a must!

The food was really good, just not'great' but I will definitely return to try other menu items. The staff were friendly & the service was very good. I must have arrived at a good time because it wasn't very busy (also less people in the area in winter, I guess).
I'll be back for sure next time I'm in Québec.
