Super restaurant supers serveurs / serveuses avec des prix plus que raisonnables ! J'étais avec mon 3 ans & on m'a aidé avec la poussette on lui a donné des choses pour colorier les serveuses ont ris avec lui ! Je recommande fortement !

From all the other restaurants we tried at Quebec, this one would be the only one we are looking forward to come back. Amazing food, amazing service.

The food is amazing, period. The biggest issue with this place is the poor management of the wait line. Upon arrival, it's not clear if you need to give your name inside. We were 2 people, waited 45min. A group of 3 people came & was seated right away. This was very disappointing. Once inside, they cram up tables really close. We were sat upstairs, where to squeeze more tables they placed us next to a back door that kept opening by their staff. After waiting on -20, you can imagine the frustration.

This is a wonderful place, with some very hard working & caring people but it feels poorly managed with ton of opportunities to improve the client experience.

Ex. Put external heaters for folks in line, offer a warm beverage while people wait; don't cramp up tables; implement a reservation system, the demand is there & it makes a huge difference to client experience.
