My go-to place when I visit Quebec. The place is great; the food is good & reasonably priced.
I recommend it.
I had the club sandwich. Try it also before breakfast. Everything is good.

Trés belle expérience avec accueil sympathique, cuisine généreuse & bonne entre burgers, poutines & assiette québécoise. Après 3 jours de restos sur Québec, il sort en premier sans chichi ni complément de tarif.

This was recommended by the front desk at our hotel. Came for dinner around 5:45. Wait staff was very welcoming & knows English. Had the Table d'hote walleye (like sole) & it was excellent. I usually don't order fish other than salmon. Fish & chips were very good also. They have wine. Portions are large. It was so good that we came back for breakfast the next day ( they serve breakfast all day.) The French toast was excellent & maple syrup is the norm, of course! Their oatmeal (made with water for dairy-free) is huge, served with brown sugar.

Tuvimos espera en la fila y luego en la mesa tardaron mucho en tomarnos el pedido y traerlo. Se entiende que era domingo pero creo que deberían mejorar el sistema de atención al cliente.
La comida mesa pareció bien.

Premiere expérience, la terrasse etait tres bien mais on na pas eu la table quon souhaitait...sinon le service assez rapide, & nos assiettes étaient délicieuses.

The food was excellent. However, the service was inconsistent. One server, possibly the chief at that time, seemed to treat customers differently. While she was friendly & attentive to some tables, I had a very different experience. I asked for a glass of water, but it never arrived. After my food was served, no one came back to check on us or see if we needed anything else. The meal itself was great, but the service left a disappointing impression.

Price is decent indeed as portion was huge, although I was expecting the taste to be better. In addition, it's quite a wait for solo traveler for lunch on a weekend. To speed up, one can choose to sit next to the bar rather than outside, but for a hot sunny noon that can be quite steamy.
