We were lucky to get a reservation for 4 of us. We had an absolutely incredible meal. I regret that we did not learn the name of our waiter because he was fabulous, guiding us through the menu, making helpful recommendations about how much to order so that we could share all of the plates. He also had excellent wine recommendations. The food was outstanding. We ordered lots of plates to share & loved them all! We were fighting for the last bite because the flavors were incredible. I highly recommend booking a reservation at Buvette Scott! Best meal of our trip.
- MUST try the stracciatella beet if available. It's a creamy sweet vegetable dish - stunning & wowing dish.
- Never tried anything like the duck ham, bold & flavourful
- The oysters were the only thing I thought was okay nothing special but my husband liked it
- arctic char has a surprisingly creamy texture but great taste
- dessert was delicious & well balanced!

The ambience was cozy & very comfortable - my favourite atmosphere in QC so far. The server was easygoing & super pleasant to dine with.

My wife & I spent 4 nights in Quebec City this November & wanted to check out some nicer restaurants. We saw that this place was recommended widely online & also received a Bib Gourmand recognition from Michelin. The potato & tuna dish, lamb ravioli, & Jerusalem artichoke dishes were our favorite. This place is super cute & romantic & we would return again if we find ourselves back!

My 2nd time. I still highly recommend especially if you're visiting Québec! Underrated. I love how they worked their menu seasonally; & explained every dish as they were being served. I'm glad we were able to book a late timeslot so we can stay until they closed. Merci de nous recevoir!

We are very experienced travellers & food adventurers & frankly speaking this place is one of a kind, very unique & Michelins star worth boutique/restaurant!! We tried everything on its menu & there are no words to describe the festival of tastes we experienced!!! Highly recommend for visiting while in QC city!
This is a true neighbourhood gem.
Upon arrival in Quebec, where we stayed for the first time, we were eager to move away from the very touristic old town. Google recommended the Saint Jean Baptiste area.
By coincidence we found this restaurant which received a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It's truly how we like an evening out. Great food, excellent wines & staff who love there job. The owner was keen to recommend us the wines.
If just all restaurants could be like this!
Durant mon road trip gastronomique avec mon conjoint cet été, nous nous sommes arrêtés à Québec & avons découvert la Buvette Scott, une recommandation Michelin « petit prix ».
Quelle belle découverte! Un petit resto intime avec une ambiance chaleureuse & un service attentionné.
Nous étions assis au bar & servis par Marine, qui connaissait parfaitement ses vins & nous a guidés avec beaucoup de passion.
Le menu est original & plein de belles surprises.
Coup de coeur absolu pour le tartare de veau un délice! ✨ Je recommande sans hésiter.
Strongly recommend their food, small portions but the flavor is HUGEEEE. The staff was so nice & we had great wine to go with what we ordered. One of the best local restaurants in Quebec.
