The food, service, & space were all exceptional. All ingredients are incredibly fresh & flavorful. Each dish was exciting, delicious, & unique. Highly recommend stopping by. Restaurant has 3 outdoor tables that are dog friendly (we visited in August), & the staff were very kind to our dog. I recommend making a reservation, we visited on a Saturday & were able to walk in right at opening but the restaurant filled up quickly. Thanks so much to David & everyone else that made the meal wonderful!
Vincent was nice, helpful, informative, & answered all of our questions about the food, music, & favorite local places. Everyone at Buvette Scott was friendly. It was an intimate atmosphere with great music. We loved sitting at the bar & watching the food come together. The food was all so fresh & everything was delicious. We are so glad we got in! Thank you. Would highly recommend!
I was recommended this spot by a local, & it didn't disappoint. The staff was beyond amazing. I had taken a spot at the bar (unknowing you needed a reservation) & they worked the room so that I could enjoy my meal! The oysters were incredibly fresh, but the spaghetti was UNBELIEVABLE. You can tell when a restaurant makes it's own pasta, & does it well. Amazing dish. Thank you again to the amazing staff for a wonderful evening!
L'ambiance est chaleureuse, la nourriture est d'excellente qualité & nous avons toujours eu un service incroyable avec de très bonnes recommandations de vin. Depuis quelques années, ça reste notre choix #1 lorsque nous séjournons à Québec.

Very glad to have found this intimate space. Vibes were great from the start. Passionate & involved hosts made us feel at home while we munched through the tasting menu. Would so recommend this place for progressive cooking & a distinctive natural wine list. Love it.
Les pétoncles, le jambon de canard & l'hydne étaient absolument délicieux! Le pavé de pommes de terre & le plas de strachino étaient bons mais sans plus. Les agnolotti ont besoin d'amélioration. Les vins recommandés étaient excellents.
